Quick Rags was founded by a U.S. Navy veteran, Brian. After his service, Brian became a personal trainer, but he quickly grew frustrated with the gym's culture—no one took responsibility for keeping the space clean. Training clients in such an unkept environment was a challenge, and he wondered, How can I provide the best experience in this mess? Determined to make a change, he shifted his focus to maintaining a clean and organized space. His commitment caught on, inspiring other trainers and catching the attention of the gym’s GM, who soon offered him the role of Head of Operations.
